Looking back on a short Danish tour
At the end of March, Kim and her band did three dates in Denmark. These were special concerts because for the last time - at least for a while - Scarlett was doing backing vocals, while showing off her beautiful bump. Photographs and some videos of the gigs can be found on the Wilde Life website for all three dates: Roskilde, Knebel and Vejle.
Kim Wilde in Max Pubquiz
The Dutch TV show Max Pubquiz, broadcast by the broadcaster Max, does what it says on the tin: it’s a pubquiz with questions on various subjects. Last week one of those subjects was Kim Wilde and since the show is co-presented by Kim-Lian van der Meij, it was perhaps inevitable that she would sing a bit of ‘Kids in America’ (a hit for her back in 2004)! Pics from that TV show appear on the website.
Warning: fake Kim Wilde profiles on social media
There has been a surge recently of fake profiles on social media of famous people, and Kim is no exception. If you are offered a chance to chat, follow or DM ‘the real Kim Wilde’, ‘Kim Wilde fans page’ or variations thereof, please don’t and report the account. Kim will never contact you via social media without any announcement beforehand on Wilde Life and kimwilde.com. The only official accounts are the following:

Obviously there are also numerous fanmade accounts and pages, and they are highly appreciated, but please be aware of any scammers out there.
Come running!
It’s nice to see some Marty Wilde from time to time, especially when you get a chance to listen to his good old tunes. His EP from 1962 called ‘Come running’ is described on the music blog Music on Vinyl, and you can also listen to the four tracks on that EP. You can find the entry here.

What could be better than Kim Wilde singing with her whole family? Nothing, we guess, and so it’s lovely to see this clip from The One Show, broadcast four years ago. We just wish they had broadcast the entire song… You can watch the broadcast here!
