At the time of writing these items command prices of £ 20 and £ 50 respectively, but they are sure to go up before the auction ends on 16 April. So if you’re interested, go to the auction page to place your bid.

A Cambodia fantasy
40 years ago, Finnish singer Ami Aspelund competed in the Eurovision Song Contest with the song ‘Fantasiaa’. At the time there were reports that the song plagiarized Kim Wilde’s ‘Cambodia’, and if you listen to the track you can actually hear a variation on the verses of that song in the chorus of ‘Fantasiaa’. If you’re curious, you can hear the English and Finnish version of the song on the music blog Music On Vinyl.
More about ‘Cambodia’
Speaking of ‘Cambodia’, there’s an article about the song on Medium.com that has been consistently popular over the years. The article was written back in 2014 and it can be seen as a first attempt to write something coherent years before the biography ‘Pop Don’t Stop’ came to be. If you’d like to check it out, here it is: Cambodia: Kim Wilde creates a story on 45.
